How do you ship packages?
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders and are constantly updating them to provide you with the first delivery:

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact email@example.com. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Generally, Dee SuSu offers (fast) free shipping to all our customers worldwide. But on the final checkout page, you will be shown a wide variety of shipping options and you will have a chance to choose which best suits you.
How long does shipping take?
We ship to most countries worldwide, for all domestic and international packages. While we strive to deliver goods in the period we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this period. As we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Europe 5-9 Business days
Asia, Australia and New Zealand 3-10 Business days
Mexico, Africa, Central America, South America 10-20 Business days

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Are taxes included in the product charges?
No, we do not charge the customer for taxes. The customer may be liable to pay for any specific products to the Taxation Authorities after receiving the shipment.
